If you just take more opportunities to drink water throughout the day, your body will start asking you for water more often than it asks for soda. Try keeping one of those fun insulated straw cups full of ice water where you will see it throughout the day and take a sip every so often. I try to only drink water before lunch and limit myself to one soda in the afternoon. Hopefully, soon I won't need the soda at all :/Haileehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00433234650629073310noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2863445476617170404.post-2518092442569925722012-09-17T09:41:49.115-07:002012-09-17T09:41:49.115-07:00I, too, am completely guilty of the multiple-perso...I, too, am completely guilty of the multiple-personality thing!! I'm really trying to align my overall personality with the one I demonstrate online and at work -- the happy, optimistic, helpful one. But it's hard. I don't think I'm an optimist by nature, and the journey to become one deliberately has been slow and rocky!

My advice for the diet portion of your weight-loss . . . is just to add healthy things in rather than deprive yourself of the not-so-healthy ones. (In my nutrition school, we call that 'crowding out'. Eventually, you'll like the healthy stuff more and lose your taste for the not-so-healthy things. Honestly!)Lesliehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01355843370199011324noreply@blogger.com
